Opportunity Goal: To support participant access to VEAP services, including both Food Pantry and Social Services.
What We Do
Major Responsibilities:
- Provide general information about VEAP services
- Welcome participants to VEAP and provide access to services
- Update basic participant information in Client Track, our participant database

- Schedule Food Pantry appointments in Client Track
- Provide basic VEAP information and services referrals
- Lobby:
- Check participants in for services
- Assist with the completion of paperwork
- Manage lobby intake using the q-flow system
