Who We Are

Opportunity Goal: To support participant access to VEAP services, including both Food Pantry and Social Services.  

What We Do

Major Responsibilities:

  • Provide general information about VEAP services
  • Welcome participants to VEAP and provide access to services
  • Update basic participant information in Client Track, our participant database

Skills Match:

  • Customer service and communication
  • Ability to work cooperatively with others
  • Desire to interact with people from diverse backgrounds

Intake Opportunities/Additional Responsibilities:

  • Phone:
    • Schedule Food Pantry appointments in Client Track
    • Provide basic VEAP information and services referrals
  • Lobby:
    • Check participants in for services
    • Assist with the completion of paperwork
    • Manage lobby intake using the q-flow system
    • Schedule Food Pantry appointments in Client Track
